Warranty Policy

At Steed Cycles, we are committed to delivering reliable, durable, and high-quality bicycles designed for everyday riding. Each product is covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.


Limited Warranty Coverage

The warranty is applicable only for manufacturing defects and is valid from the date of purchase.

Warranty Details

Belt Drive System Warranty

The belt drive system is covered under a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper usage, incorrect installation, accident, or lack of maintenance.

Steel Frame Warranty

The steel frame is covered under a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes structural defects arising due to manufacturing issues only.

Steel Rigid Fork Warranty

The steel rigid fork is covered under a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Tyre & Tube Warranty

Tyre and tube are covered under a 3-month limited warranty only for manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, punctures, cuts, damage due to road conditions, improper air pressure, or misuse are not covered under warranty.

Steel Rim Warranty

The steel rim is covered under a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.


Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear due to regular usage

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Damage caused by improper assembly, servicing, or unauthorized repairs

  • Rust, scratches, dents, paint fading, or cosmetic damage

  • Damage due to overloading, stunt riding, racing, or commercial usage

  • Punctures, tyre cuts, tube damage, or damage caused by external objects

  • Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, water exposure, or harsh storage conditions

  • Any modification or alteration made to the bicycle or its components


Warranty Claim Process

To raise a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  1. Original purchase invoice or proof of purchase

  2. Clear photos or videos of the affected part

  3. Product model name and purchase details

  4. Description of the issue

After verification, the warranty claim will be approved only if the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.


Important Note

Warranty approval is subject to inspection and verification by Steed Cycles or its authorized service team. The company reserves the right to repair, replace, or reject the warranty claim based on the nature of the issue.

Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
