Upon confirmation of the cancellation, a full refund, inclusive of any applicable taxes, will be processed. Refund will be made after deducting the online payment charges incurred.
Cancellations are not permissible once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This includes any of the following scenarios:
The order has been handed over to the logistics firm.
The order is in transit.
The order has been delivered to you.
Steed Cycles does not offer a general return policy for bicycles delivered in good condition. We advise you to meticulously review your order details prior to placing your order.
